HR Bridge Almaty has been recruiting for restaurant chains, retail and logistics since 2019. We work for a fixed fee, fill a vacancy in 14 days and give a 3-month replacement guarantee.

We hire line staff and junior managers: baristas, cashiers, floor managers, shift supervisors, delivery drivers and warehouse clerks. Our recruiters started out in hospitality themselves, so they know the difference between a candidate who looks good on paper and one who will survive the lunch rush.

How we work: we clarify the profile of the ideal employee with the client, check skills with a short practical task, send two or three suitable candidates and support the person until the first day at work. If an employee leaves within three months, we find a replacement free of charge.
